Mile & Stone prefer to keep our processes short, structured and effective. We don’t collect resumes like a recruitment agency and bug you endlessly with ‘opportunities’ that don’t interest you. We aren’t a ‘consulting’ firm presenting an all-singing, all-dancing product offering with people ‘on the bench and ready to go.’

We identify the opportunities and run them past you. If you like what you see, we then work together to best position our proposal to win the business. We have a full disclosure negotiation policy so it’s all cards on the table before we choose to work together.
